Really good to get started on a new project for STUC and the Better Than Zero campaign, working with young people and exploring issues raised by them in relation to work and society in general. A lot of what we discussed was very topical in relation to exploitative working practices, and power relationships within the workplace. We are aiming to create a pop-up style event or exhibition or performance in March, as a result of these sessions. Next session will be at The Space, Gallowgate, Glasgow on 5-7pm, 29th September. Setting up a blog here in order to try to engage more with all the various aspects of my practise... juggling project work, art work and wider concerns relating to art production and wondering how they intersect.
